At CrossFit Mason, our approach is what makes us the best value in Mason and we have proudly continued that philosophy since 2000. We asked ourselves what is vitally important to our clients, and we arrived at a method that is efficient and effective. CROSSFIT

CrossFit is all about functional fitness and everyday movements.  The WOD (Workout of the day) is constantly varied, keeping the athlete always adjusting, and improvingEach session is one hour. This includes warmup and cool down. 

FITCAMP

FitCamp has all of the intensity and constant variation of CrossFit without the Olympic Lifts. 

YOUTHFIT

The YOUTH F.I.T. class is designed to focus on athlete development for the whole child mentally, emotionally, and physically;  in a fun, safe, and positive environment!  The class structure uses age-appropriate skill levels and vocabulary for ages 8-12.
