CrossFit is all about functional fitness and everyday movements. The WOD (Workout of the day) is constantly varied, keeping the athlete always adjusting, and improving. Each session is one hour. This includes warmup and cool down.
FitCamp has all of the intensity and constant variation of CrossFit without the Olympic Lifts.
The YOUTH F.I.T. class is designed to focus on athlete development for the whole child mentally, emotionally, and physically; in a fun, safe, and positive environment! The class structure uses age-appropriate skill levels and vocabulary for ages 8-12.
