Schedule
CrossFit Mason is a community based workout environment. While there are open gym times for those who are unable to make the WOD (work out of the day), our system encourages people to be working out with others and one of our coaches. The schedule may change and other class times may be added as needed.
CrossFit Classes
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 6 am, 7 am, 4 pm, 5 pm, 6 pm Saturday 9 am
Fit Camp
Tuesday and Friday 9:30 am
Open Gym (unlimited members only)
Thursday 5:30 pm
Foundations Class (for new members)
Thursday 5:30 pm and Saturday 8 am
Youth F.I.T
Thursday 4:30-5:15 pm
