I grew up mainly Dancing and Running. I have always been active. I found CrossFit about 10 years ago and CrossFit Mason not long after and was immediately hooked. Over 5 years ago I acquired my Level 1 and began coaching predominantly the FitCamp classes. With 4 young children at home, my schedule changed to coaching evening CrossFit classes, but I still love popping in coach the FitCamp ladies whenever I can. I recently obtained my Level 2 Certificate and am working towards my Level 1 Weightlifting certification as I am also one of the coaches for 2 Wolves Barbell. I love all things fitness and never want to stop learning! The Kids course, Gymnastics course and a Nutrition course all are course I plan to take soon so I can broaden my knowledge to help our members as much as possible!
